1-2-1 Personal Training
The blockCoached 1-2-1 training at any of four private central London clubs, programmed as a block with a defined start, a defined end and a target set at the first session. Strength work anchors every programme, sessions are logged, and progress is judged on body composition rather than scale weight.
Nutrition Coaching
The eating side of a training block, set up alongside the coaching from week one. An energy target against your own maintenance level, a daily protein floor, and meals built from food you already eat, then corrected on a fixed cadence against what your measurements actually did.
About Body Transformation London
A block with a start,
an end, and evidence
Body Transformation London is coached training and nutrition run as 12-week blocks across 4 private central London clubs: UNTIL Soho at 111 Charing Cross Road, UNTIL Liverpool Street at 280 Bishopsgate, UNTIL Marylebone at 1 Orchard Street and UNTIL Canary Wharf at 30 South Colonnade.
A block has 2 halves and they are set up together in week 1. Training is 1-2-1, usually 2 to 3 sessions a week in a 60 or 90-minute format. Nutrition is an energy target set against your own maintenance level and a daily protein floor, corrected against your measurements rather than against a formula.
There are 22 coaches across the 4 clubs who list body transformation as a specialism, and 5 goal pages setting out how each target is programmed: a 12-week transformation, body recomposition, fat loss, muscle gain and body composition. Clubs open at 06:00 on weekdays, which is what makes training either side of a working day realistic.
How It Works
Your journey,
step by step
Baseline
The first session establishes where you are: training history, old injuries, how your week actually runs, how you sleep and how you eat. Measurements, working strength and photographs are taken under conditions that can be repeated twelve weeks later. Nothing is written until that picture exists.
Set the block
A twelve-week programme with a defined target, training days placed where they will survive a busy week, and an energy target and protein floor set against your own maintenance level. A deload is scheduled into it rather than taken when something starts to hurt.
Coach and log
Compound strength work anchors every session, with load chosen against how you turned up that day. Every set is logged, so the next session is decided by what actually happened rather than by what was planned three weeks earlier.
Review against the baseline
Progress is reviewed on a fixed cadence against the measurements, strength numbers and photographs taken in week one. A stall is diagnosed in order: adherence, then activity outside the gym, then the target itself. The block ends with a decision about what comes next.

FAQ
Common
questions
What is a body transformation block?
A defined period of coached training and nutrition, usually twelve weeks, with a baseline taken at the start and the same measurements repeated at the end. The point of the fixed length is that there is something to commit to and something honest to judge it against.
Where does the training take place?
At four private clubs in central London: UNTIL Soho on Charing Cross Road, UNTIL Liverpool Street on Bishopsgate, UNTIL Marylebone on Orchard Street, and UNTIL Canary Wharf on South Colonnade. You can train at whichever suits a given week, and the programme travels with you.
How much does a body transformation cost in London?
Rates are set by the individual coach and depend on session length and block size, so a single figure quoted here would not be honest. Current rates are confirmed in writing on enquiry, alongside what the block includes, before you commit to anything.
How is progress measured?
Body measurements, working strength on the main lifts, and photographs taken in the same light and clothing each time. Scale weight is recorded but treated as the least useful of the four, because it moves with hydration and food as much as with fat.
Do you offer DEXA or body composition scanning?
No. DEXA is a clinical imaging procedure and it is not available through this site or at the clubs. If you want a DEXA reading, arrange it independently and bring the result. Blocks here are tracked with measurements, strength logs and repeatable photographs.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. The starting point is wherever you are, and a good share of people begin after years away from structured training. The first session establishes your current capacity and the programme is written from there rather than against a standard you are expected to already meet.
How many sessions a week does a block need?
Two to three coached strength sessions a week is the range that returns most for the time invested for most people. The right number depends on your goal and your recovery, and it is agreed at the start so the plan is one you can hold for twelve weeks.
How do I get started?
Get in touch through the contact section on this site with your goal, roughly how your week runs, and which club is most convenient. You will be matched with a coach and the first session is an assessment that sets the baseline the block is built on.
